By accessing or using the SrushTees website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All products, including customized t-shirts and related merchandise, are subject to availability.
SrushTees may modify, update, or discontinue any product, price, or service without notice. Orders for customized products cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started.
Customers must provide accurate size, design, and shipping information. SrushTees is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen events.
All content, images, logos, and designs on the website are protected. Unauthorized copying or use may result in legal action.

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos and order details.
Customized products—including name prints, custom artwork, or user-provided designs—are not eligible for return unless the mistake is from SrushTees.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. After inspection, SrushTees may issue a replacement or store credit at its discretion. Monetary refunds are not available for customized items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. SrushTees may reject return requests that appear fraudulent or non-compliant.
Refunds are provided only when SrushTees is unable to deliver an order or when an approved return applies to a non-customized item.
Refunds for defective customized products are provided only if SrushTees verifies that the issue is due to a printing or manufacturing error.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method. Third-party payment gateway timelines may vary.
Shipping charges, COD fees, and convenience fees are non-refundable. Delays caused by banks or technical systems are outside the control of SrushTees.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled once the design has been confirmed or production has started.
Non-customized items may be cancelled within 2 hours of ordering, provided the order has not been shipped. Requests must be sent in writing to customer support.
SrushTees may cancel an order due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on the destination. Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. SrushTees is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or customer unavailability.
Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared by email or SMS. If a package is shown as delivered but not received, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours for courier investigation.
